184G Liquid Egg Whites

70G 1Up Birthday Cake Whey Protein Powder (Or Protein Powder of Choice)

30G Freekeh Flour

16G Barney Almond Butter (Smooth) – Or Nut Butter of Choice (You could also substitute Coconut Oil)

1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

Combine Ingredients Above in a Bowl

Preheat Waffle Maker

Lightly Spray

Cook Waffles

Enjoy! ๐Ÿ™‚

This made 4 servings (2 Waffles Each) – Using a Small Waffle Griddle not the Larger Ones.  I think itโ€™s probably 3 inch diameter per waffle.
